Ryan and Hannah Harris- First Time Buyers- VA Financing

Ryan and Hannah had a bad experience with another lender prior to seeing me. They had been told that he was ineligible for some reason. I am not sure what the problem was, because we got this loan closed with no problems. They were interested in building a home and using Ryan’s VA eligibility. The construction process took about five months, Avalon Homes (Tom Brumbeloe) built a gorgeous home for them and we closed on February 11.
